  1. Fold it back and tack weld it !! I'll bet you wear size 9 boots too !! Was the same problem for me.....tiny feet
  2. Thanks Lads, appreciate all your suggestions.
  3. Hi PJW123.............you are a sweetie. Thanks for that info. Wasn't aware that one could use hot air to stick them back on. What glue would be OK for the corners. Much appreciated.??
  4. Hello, anyone reading this might know how to keep the Montesa stickers from coming off the mudguard. Got any ideas?????A stupid idea to stick stickers on in the first instance if you ask me.............That's my only gripe about the bike, so suppose I shouldn't moan...should I.....
  5. A 1965 BSA doesn't depreciate much !!!?
  6. We all are well aware of pre65 bike specifications, and we all accept that there are pre65 bikes and 'pre65' bikes. We just accept that some are genuine, and most are not. It's the venue's and the named 'Clerk of the Course' that we trust to get the sections right for all concerned. Sad to say, we learn through experience who to trust for a great day's sport, and those events best to steer clear of. Another probable cause of poor pre65 entries lately, could be the weight of the machines....now we know there are few genuine pre65's on the scene....why hump a 300lb+ bike around when you could be wobbling around on a lightweight. OK for young hunkies...not so good for OAP's..............OAP's who CAN'T...and more importantly.... DON'T WANT.......to give up riding their treasured plonkers......
  7. Hi Brucey Just stop poofing it up..................get on it and ride it.......................like wot 'enery would have done !!! XXXXX
  8. You could try ANGLIA VINYL ART
  9. Brilliant footage. My..... how things change !!!!
  10. Had both. Loved them both. Prefer the Mont any day tho !! The seat on the Mont, bought as an extra, my bum really loves it, space for spare petrol, drink and sarnies too. Fi better than a carb in my view.
  11. Coo.............this looked like a real smashing event. Thanks for the piccys.
  12. Sad a'int it. All these expensive trials bikes going to waste, not being used. Folkestone have a Non-Expert event on this Sunday (3rd Sept) and only 15 entries. How many trials bikes here in the South East of England???????? Hundreds of them. Last weekend the Greybeards that ALWAYS used to be oversubscribed................this year.............Mmmm 26 riders bothered to pre-enter, with a few more on the day. What a great event it turned out to be though. So 'hard luck' on you that missed out on a great days sport.
  13. You doddering old git......just build one yourself.........to suit you..................One bit at a time.....It's cheaper that way.....Chuckle chuckle C15's RULE !! XXX

    4RT seat

Hello, I see you also want a 4RT seat. I put a 'wanted ad' on trials central for one, and did a haggle with Ed..It arrived two days later. Brand New, still in it's box. There must be loads of them not being used, left over from the 2015 models. My bum absolutely loves it, and nope it doesn't get in the way in sections. Don't know why they don't still come with them. Go on........Give the wanted ads a try...............
  15. I might have liked to ride, as this USED to be a really great event...................BUTSER......who in their right mind likes riding at BUTSER !!!!............ Perhaps a different venue might have attracted more entries. I thought that all the MOD land used for motorsport belonged to the NATION............so how come the MOD have increased THEIR fees to use OUR land. Perhaps EVERYBODY (including the 4 wheel brigade) should boycot using MOD land.............that might bring the MOD to their senses.............Can we not lobby our MP's to get the use of OUR land back.

  17. Len, Chemo's grotty, as I've just found out......... but it does work...........Just keep on with the good vibes................it does take time tho !! All our LOVE and BEST wishes............. from her in Rye
  18. Hi, It was GREAT. Felt so sorry for the poor observers, who, as usual, deserve the medals. It was cold, and then the hailstorm arrived before the finish. Many thanks to each and everyone of them. Also to the clerks of the course and secretaries. A brilliant trial. XXX
  19. Hi Pete, we had this anomally discussed at a recent coc meeting. None of us thought it was right, but it was explained to us that 'the poor old observer had to replace the marker that was dislodged' so one deserves to get a 'five'. Thought it a bit harsh really, as we usually just ignore the other markers anyway....Luv to Dad....
