  2. Hi all just been and bought a Sherco trials bike and the guy said it was a 250cc but I am not so sure. ive found out what year it is by the vin No on the side of the headtube and from what I can find on the web the numbers on the back left side of the engine are the engine size but mine doesn’t make any sense here is the No st55 5523
  3. Iam new to trial's also but experianced with moto'x bikes and me being 6ft2 16.2 stone i think a 125 would be ok for a short while and then you would be ready for a 250 upward's so you might as well get a 250cc straight away.
  4. Nice one matey I am in the same boat fella,i got my bike 2 weeks ago and have been out on three 5/6hour session's i carn't beleave how much i have come on in that short period of time due to rideing with experianced guy's. Roll on weekend

    Hi all

Hi all I have been lurking on this site for a couple of months now,and after scrimping and saveing i have managed to buy this tidy 1997 beta techno from a local trials shop.I have a 1litre fuel mixing bottle that i would like to use to mix my fuel but me being a newbie iam not sure what ratios to use to a 1L of fuel?and how do i adjust the fork and shock settings to my size(6ft 1" 16.2stone) think thats about it for now. Thanks in advance Mike
  7. Ive heard furniture polish works a treat also
  8. Hi all After hours of searching online line i have finaly found a nice cheap project to get me started in trials, iam going to pick up a 1991 beta zero trials bike which iam going to run until next year when i can afford something more modern.Any way after searching google i can not seem to find any sites that may have parts for the bike, can any one help? Thanks. p.s or just any where to look for older bike parts?
  9. Hi all I have the chance of buying a 94 gas gas 250 but it doesnt have an engine,is it going to be a knightmare to find parts etc to get her up and running.Buying a project is the only way i can afford to get back into the hobby so the above mentined bike would be ideal.Any help asap would be great.
  10. Hi all My names mike and I am new to trials bike's I don't have one at the moment but I have had a couple of gas gas bike in the past, due to not having any money at the moment my plan is to find an older trials bike that needs some serious restoration work, then that way it gave me something to do.
