  1. Is that possible? Also, what size (cc) is the 303 engine, does it have a reed valve and how would its power characteristics vary from a standard 240 engine? Any ideas? Only asking as a good 303 engine has come up and I am thinking will it swap over with my tired 240 engine while I get that rebuilt/refreshed? Many thanks.
  2. I am interested in this also as I am just about to have my fork sliders powder coated.
  3. Is the accepted wisdom still to remove the airbox and right-hand shock absorber to remove the exhaust (without having to remove the head)? Many thanks.
  4. New boy questions please:- Are they vented to automatically release excess air pressure? Can they be adjusted or do you just leave them alone? What weight fork oil would you recommend for the standard forks? Many thanks.
  5. Fantastic. Many thanks. You can email me at ray@webbscom.co.uk. Much appreciated!
  6. Hello. I am new to site and am doing up a 240 just purchased. It is 100% complete but has been stood for 10 years so needs lots of TLC. I have stripped the rear wheel assembly to replace tyre, clean and re-grease, but cannot remember the sequence of the various spacers ( schoolboy error - yes, I know!). Does anyone have a diagram or an explanation they can share? Many thanks!
