  1. Hi all, Over the last few years I've been doing the scoring for our little club. It's basically a mammoth spreadsheet, a credit to the author, but if stuff breaks it's very locked down and I can't fix it, or even attempt to fix it. I'm interested in what other clubs use for computer based scoring, are there templates or pre-built customisable databases available for download anywhere? I was considering doing my own but thought I'd be reinventing the wheel so I'd ask around first. Thanks
  2. It wouldn't really put me off, I love my '10 Gas Gas, and I chose my previous '09 because of the price rather than anything else. My little fella though, he's 21 months old and only likes red, black and white bikes, like "Daddys!" bike. He doesn't care for Shercos or any bike that isn't red, black and white. Lucky Oset colours are the same...
  3. Because it was trials or road racing, and this looked much cheaper and I had a couple of other family members doing it.
  4. I shove mine up under my 4WD somewhere, like hanging off a shackle grease nipple, exhaust mount bolt, under the bullbar, something like that. That said, I highly doubt anyone would touch my vehicle at an event without a lot of people noticing.
  5. I had a NAU, fitted pretty well, I liked it, it'd taken a few knocks and I couldn't find a NAU stockist in Australia with my size (medium) I tried on an Airoh, loved the look but it didn't seem to fit my head shape. Ended up with a MOTS Carbon, I love it, nice and light, my only issue was fitting my bluetooth headset, it fitted in the NAU easier.
  6. The most comfortable things I've ever had on my feet were my Alpinestars road bike boots, until I got Alpinestars trials boots. They are the ducks nuts, the best things I've ever jammed on my body. Heaps of support and have protected my feet and ankles from the abuse I've given them.
  7. Answer Syncron MX pants seem to work well enough for me - tough enough for prickly stuff, keeps the skin intact on rocks or gravel. I don't wear knee guards and they seem a bit of a better fit around the knee compared to other MX pants.
