  1. Yes I have replaced the parts you have specified, however on my model they are aluminium, I am struggling with the kickstart spring, I assume I need to do a full rotation of the spring in order for the assembly to work, and the only logical way I can do this is by removing the clutch basket, I’ll find some pictures
  2. I have a 2017 250 fajardo replica and the kickstart stop pins had fallen out of place in my clutch side and had lodged themselves in between various places in the case, thank god no major damage was done, however with new ones installed I’m trying to put it back together with no luck, especially from the kickstart assembly, any tips or tricks or do I need to take the clutch basket out, and if so how? thanks in advance
  3. no, i sat it overnight and the clutch was the same the next morning, i cleaned the breather hose and sucked all the gunk out of the port, still solid
  4. rapidroy thanks will go and have a look, where is it and how do i unblock it?
  5. I have a 2016 Sherco 125 and the clutch is rock solid, it’s impossible to pull it in. I have bled the system and replaced the hydraulic fluid, I have tightened the clutch basket nut and I have replaced the master cylinder and still I have the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated
