I think that the sport needs to have more exposure to the mainstream public. How about clubs doing some demos at parks, grand openings, that sort of thing, I attend several MX ans SX races every year I see alot of freestyle shows I think if I see one more backflip I'll puke! but that is a sport that took it to the people! I've never heard a parent say they want their child to become a freestyler but presented correctly it could happen to trials. How about some kids on Onsets.

I'm looking to set up a section for home pratice and wonder if anyone has any pictures of what they use? I have a good supply of pallets I can use and am trying different configurations. With the price of fuel home pratice may become the wave of the future.

Thanks for the reply, I got the compression reducer installed and WHAT a difference! The bike is much more mellow to ride with no major loss of power noticeable. I'm very happy It's the best money I've spent on the bike.

You might try looking at the sparkplug if it's lean look to the base gasket or carb manifold for leaks. I had a KTM 540 with this problem and it was the base gasket.

At the risk of pi**ing off some people I don't think the long term answer is fellow riders giving money! We need to make our efforts go towards bringing new riders and sponsers to the sport. Just think of the impact if every rider brought 2 new people into the sport, in 2 to 5 years the money would come. What if every club did a demo or had a booth set up at local mx events. If we followed the formula that freestyle took we could be expanding our sport. How about FREE dvd's handed out at these events, just some ideas if you agree or disagree let's grow the sport!
