im looking to buy a bike and i would like a 26" as i think a 20" would be to small but im unsure about gears what are the pros and cons of a single speed over one which has gears?

i prefer gas gas but the sherco exhaust is so neatly tucked away, why cant gas gas do this its so much neater

is there a way of adjusting the clutch on a 1999 txt 270 or is it a case of replacing the clutch plates? the clutch drags a little and it is difficult to engage neutral when the engine is running and fully warmed up,also what gearbox oil should i be using?

what tyre presures should i have in front and back tyres please?

the exhaust has been rubbed by the wheel and a hole has developed,i was thinking of cutting the end off it just after the bracket the re reviting the end back on so it is a smaller can,then it would not rub in the future but i worried it may make it to loud,anyone tried it?

having trouble when doing a wheelie i cant cover the rear brake,it seems the brake sits higher than the footpeg so i cant get my foot onto the brake while my foot is on the peg,try putting your foot on the ground while sitting on a chair and lifting your toes off the flloor with your heel on the ground really hard to do then imagine wearing boots near impossible,how do you guys do it,ithought i could adjust brake pedal but dont think i can. bike is a gas gas 270 txt

i have a 2002 txt 270 what is the correct fuel/oil ratio? i a was told 65/1 is this correct?

it seems like it is designed bad . when you look at the scorpa exhaust they look so much tidier and tucked up out of the way,gas gas just looks like they throwed it on

is there a easy way to tell them apart from one another?

ive noticed on a few gas gas trials bikes (mine one of them) the back tyre rubs a hole in the exhaust is there any way of stopping this ie a diffrent exhaust etc
