Haynes don't seem to do one, can you get one on CD or Clymer ? (TLR200 BTW)

Yes , Clymer does one. It covers the xr/xl200 also. I got mine off ebay. Its pretty comprehensive, which i used to completely rebuild my tlr200.

Ring Colin appleyard they do a ringed binder workshop manual for Tlr 200/250 i got one for about £14.00 its A4 size and about 3" thick.
