hi just wondered what you lot do to clean out your front pipe and middle box, heard of a few things just want to make sure before i get cracked on with it

can you tell me what you use and how you do it and any pics etc would be mega

how about the middle box any one get any way of cleaning that as im doing the whole exhaust so any information on all of it really would be greatly appreciated
