I have a 04 315R, I am a beginner too! has anybody tried the Jitsie Linkage plates? is it worth my while putting a set on my bike? I do find the back end seems reluctant to move around ( could be the fact I am crap mind). Any info would be gratefully read! :icon_salut:

I used to have a 315 and had the same problem, the jitsie plates make a slight difference, with them and some practice i'm sure you'll manage to whip the back end around like bou in no time!

The only downside is i had to fiddle with the suspension to get it how i wanted, they're worth the money though!

Yep buy some and fit them straight away! They do make a big improvement to the back end, giving more travel. There are a number of manufactures of these plates I think Apico may be the cheapest out there.
