Hi there, i'm rather confused with the acu licence form, what boxes do i need to tick for trials registration, i was a member about 2 years back, and now just getting back into trials and i remember it was about 30 pounds, has it gone up?

You only need to fill inthe basic basic parts of the form. Ignore the medical stuff. The trials affiliation (not licence) is only £10 plus the cost of joining a club (which you will nedd to do to get the form signed)
If you also have/need a road racing/motocross licence (which is the more expensive one and needs the full form filling in) this covers you for trials as well.
