Have just seen this on the French trials site www.trial-club.net. Excuse the translation!
Extract of the newsletter N°3 de Xispa:
The development of the X250R to asked for months of work since its presentation ahead first in Andorra and with the Living room of Paris.
This work was accomplished in the shade by a pilot of reputation,
of which we can reveal you today the name, because this one having finished the development
of the X125R and the X280R, has just signed with XISPA motorbike a contract of tester and adjuster of a motor bike of factory which will be entrusted to a pilot of the current signal-ten to dispute the world 2009.
XISPA motorbike is thus happy to entrust the development of its motor bike of factory to a Spanish
pilot who belonged to the elite of modern Trial of 1995 to 2002 while being classified regularly among the ten first of all the greatest world competitions: David COBOS.

I thought Cobos had quit as he had a very bad knee problem?
For the last time...it's not 'SUPPOSED' to have a seat.
There are two types of men in this world:-
1) Those who are Geordies and..
2) Those that want to be.

Bruand is on Scorpa for 08. so who does that leave? The only one I can see is Oliveras, but who knows.

If you read it again, I think you'll find they are referring to a top ten rider to contest the 2009 championship, not 2008.
