Help
my TC supporter status ran out without me realising and I lost some of my stored messages - I know that some people got reminders but I didnt - are reminders sent automatically and if not are you are loosing out on resubscriptions.??

I wish TV had a knob so you could turn up the intelligence. The one marked Brightness doesn't work.

I'm pretty sure there is an automatic message sent a few days beforehand OTH

i wonder if it got stopped by my spam filter?

I've checked this and a reminder is sent out to the registered email address, but it's only sent out one day before the subscription is due to expire. TBH, I never even thought of the loss of personal message storage. I'll set it up so an additional reminder is sent out a week before to give folk time to renew if they want to in plenty time.
