Hello, i live in south west France, north of Cahors (great urban trial once a year). I am one of the thousands of english expats that have moved over here (her indoors is french), and i have just bought my first trials bike, a sherpa 198.

Hi we have a holiday property just north of limoge, also have a sherpa but it kept in england
some great trials not to far from you, le crusse 4 day & la chatre 3 day, any practice areas near you ?

Dont forget Aveyron next week Moto club 12...it's a classic Also ther is loads of simply great riding to be had down that way, there's another english trials guy who must be living quite close to you Stuart (something?) he makes and sells trials bits around the place.. short stock guy with a grey beard I'm sure if you find him you'll be well introduced

Hi, thanks for the comments. Most of the bikes around here are mx or enduro, and as we are in the middle of nowhere you can ride more or less anywhere. My next step is to join a club, although transporting the bike will be a problem (when i bought it i managed to get it in the back of my opel corsa!).
I think that it is Stuart Brown of BPS Engineering that you are referring to Chewy, i've seen his web site, and will contact him soon as i need some new shocks for the bike.
