What is this Sherco Prompt System on the 4T? Any idea?

I have one of the SPS carbs and have not installed it yet. It DOES NOT have an accelerator pump, that was my original thought also. There is a modification on the float bowl, it looks like a large knurled knob that sticks down, the jet holder extends down into this hollow knob.
Once I get it installed I will post a report. Andreu Codina has a 3.2 with the carb and he says the performance is definitely improved. He also said the starting was even better.
