the clutch on my montesa cota 311 wont dis-enguage, this has been a problem for a while but it used to free off after a while. now it wont dis-enguage at all, thought it could be caused by under use of the bike.
how can i fix this?

Try draining and replacing the oil in your gearbox. This is a common fault with older trials bikes.
