Is it normal for the Section forks that you can push the blue one down about 8 centimeters and it will stay there ? Broken spring ? Lee ?

No problem. One side has a spring ...the one that springs back...the other side has a damper...it doesnt spring back at all. i think the forks would look better on my bike though and you have some off a 240 ;-). They spring on both sides as all good forks should :D
