Hey Guys,

Is there any way to remove the exhaust without taking the head off on a 79/80 model 125 ? Did take off the carb but no luck yet would like to take it off for paint

Hi,there is a way,from memory you take the air box off and the r/h/r shock then it should be able to come off,its a bit of a fiddle,good luck .

Thats right Ed, an when its off, take a big hammer, not joking, and flatten the weld flanges on the pipe, top and bottom. Also good is to take the head off and grind away the fins a little to give clearance.

Did the parcel arrive yet?

Thanks guys will try with the airbox off !

Lee not yet it allways takes 4/5 days for parcels from Germany i'm sure it will be here tomorrow.
