Hi guys,
I have bought a 280 pro txt 04 and i have a problem. After riding for about an hour on two conscutive occasions the bike just stops as if it has run out of fuel but this is not the issue. After examination i discovered there is no spark i tried a new plug and that is not it. Could it be the ecu or the sensor at the fly wheel ?? I love riding the bike when it is reliable. Has anyone else experienced anything similar or can you give me an idea of what to replace first. Under the seat the ducati coil and what i presume is a regulator is loose is this right or should it be fixed to the frame. Does anyone have a picture of how it should look??
Thanks guys any help much appreciated

Hi Goldilocks,
The HT coil and regulator must be firmly connected to the frame, make sure the ground (earth) connections are in place.

Hi Guys,
Thanks i am going to replace the wires to the kill switch as i fiddled with these last time and then it started to work. I am also going to secure the coil and the regulator to the frame and see what happens i will let you know what comes of it.
Many thanks Goldilocks
