Hi, My name is Rick. I came across this forum whilst searching for information on trials and I had a couple of referals too.

I've been road riding the last few years, currently got a BMW Boxercup which is up for sale on ebay. Quite fancy a go at trials riding but am completely new to it as I am all off road styles.

Been in touch with the Ebacorum trials club via email, just trying to source as much info as I can for now. I'd like to get a cheap bike, max £600 to start on to see if trials is for me. Considering a Gas Gas 160, maybe too small for me at 16st?

Hopefully I'll chat to or maybe meet some of you folks in the near future.

Hi. Im from York also. Eboracum Club have some very good trials including Weds evenings for beginners and novices. You should also look at Pickering & DMC. They have 7 or 8 'Easy' trials a year that are ideal for newcomers to the sport. Regards Bill
