Removing Paint From Casings Rate Topic: -----

The casings on my TLR have seen better days, so I wanted to remove the paint and either polish or repaint them. I’ve tried paint remover and brake fluid, but neither has worked.

Short of getting them blasted, does anyone know of a DIY way of removing the paint on the casings?

its a real pain tryin to get the paint off in all the nooks and crannys in the past ive had casings aqua blasted the finish is brilliant far better than just sand blasted and its not to expensive in comparison to time the chap who sells all the greeves stuff in this country is the man for this you can get his number if you just type in greeves on the net hope this helps
