What we need is the man in the street to say, wow did you see eurosport last night those guys on thier motorbikes were amazing. We need to show the skill involved in riding the things these top riders can do. How come a golf player can pace up & down thinking about a shot and in an open & millions are whatching at home. Trials should be on the same par and i think it needs someone to get it there.

Imagine tiger and 5 of his buddies (playing partners) hitting it into 5 holes one way round a stadium then the other way would that have the wow factor?

Tiger hits on 9 holes on his own! and then he no doubt turns them over and does the back nine :o

Not a good analogy as if Tiger was 5 up after the 5 holes then had to run up the fairway and whoever won the race got to knock him out.. Thats just not golf! just like this racing over the barrels just isn't Trials.

A child of five would understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five.

Bums on seats is the proof and Sheffield this year there were unsold seats..........................Never happened before and this has probably got nowt to do with rules or format, think people have been, seen and now spend their money elsewhere?

I said before and repeat that I was not that happy the way that my £30 ticket seemed to take second place to the tv schedule but guess that fitting in both may be something that we have to live with, if we want coverage and the thing is to survive....

All credit to Martin and Crosswaite for introducing the each rider goes first on a different section, which is way better than one lap one rider.
