Amc Clutch Advice

Can anyone please gve me advice about whether to use a clutch with an AMC gearbox without a cush drive, ie NEB. Is it a good idea, will using a clutch without a cush knacker the gearbox? Thanks

Hi

Been using a clutch without cush drive for years - no problems
