Tlr 200 Footrest Position Help Rate Topic: -----

I want to mod my tlr footrest position but dont know how far down or back to go .Any help thanks

I cut the original brackets off mine which revealed a hole through the frame. I used this as the centre point for the mounting bracket of the new foot rest - I bolted and weleded new brackets on using this hole for the bolt to go through. (if you look behind existing hangers you can see this hole)
Then fitted Mont 315 footrests as I had spares.
I think aprox 1 " down and 1" back.
Not sure if this is optimum but felt lots better and was easist option
You can buy footrests that give same effect that use existing factory mounts
