What happens if a WTC rider is baulked by his own minder?

They couldn't give him a re-ride or anything favorable or minders might consider purposely interfering with their rider at the end of a section if his ride in that section up to that point is quite unfavorable?

That was my take on it. The minder could interfere in the results.

Never thought of that one before.

Are the world rules not the same as the acu rules. in the case of a baulk he rides the section again but is still on the same marks up to the point of the baulk regardless of how better he rode it the second time so no benefit really.
where i could see it being a advantage is if the rider is running out of time so could just blast the first part of the section to gain a advantage. not sure of the rules on that one, good question.
