Anyway, Ive got me hands on a 1966 BSA C15 star which, like my last one needs a full rebuild. Thankfully the engine is running and is sweet so that will be left until I earn some more money so I can add in the trials gearing, PVL ignition etc etc
So onto the frame, forks and swinging arm. Its going to be a pure bred trials bike and although it will take along time, it will be done properly
I only have a limited budget so Im looking at ways to save money. I had thought about a faber frame and saving up but I would like to try and use the original frame if possible. However having read on here I understand I need to lengthen/widen the rear subframe and alter the head set angle?
The bike doesn't have any front forks but does have the yokes so I am looking at possible replacements that are lighter and stronger?
Ive got a 21' front wheel with a bantam hub already along with a few bantam rear hubs but if I can I could like to use something more lighter/ suited for the job? I did see a lovely c15 with alloy hubs, it looked the bee's knees
Is there anyone who would modify my swinging arm for me?? along with the angles??
Thanks in advance
Luke
