hi just bought a 2004 sherco 290 on thursday and got it out today to have a better look at it and noticed that the front disc moves back and forth. is it meant to rock back and forth like a floating disc or am i missing something like spacers etc
much help needed

Shouldn't rock forwards and backwards much, just side to side.
The spacers wear and need replacing....they're cheap though !

YES it should go forwards and backward if looking at the bike from the front, and yeah its a floating disk
