Hi,
This bike hasn't been ridden for 10 years and I'm new to tinkering with bikes. Im getting no voltage coming from the two wires that come out of the alternator assembly when I try and kick start it. Any ideas ???
Thanks

These things were only 6 volt anyway.
If you're anywhere near the midlands I've got a spare stator that you can try- might help you identify the faulty bit!!
Mail me if I can help.
Nog.

Thanks for the replys.
I've been working away from home so not had a chance to play with it yet.
I'm in Nottingham so I might take you up on that offer . Cheers!
