Hi Guys,
After being badgered for a couple of months to incorporate Twin-Shocks into the Classic Trials Show by a guy, after discussion with the team we decided to give him a chance, He then turned the idea down. This is what we said.

OK, we have a one hour slot in our busy schedule, that we may be able to fit in a one lap, ten section, trials class.

So if you can find seven or eight, "Honda riders" to make up this class, to ride both days. (They can be different riders on both days if you wish), I will try and organize the class, the bikes must be twinshocks, and the fee will be the same as the open class, £15 for each day, £25 for both. The boys will ride for "The CTS Honda Challenge Cup", and each rider will receive a medal, If you wish to give a prize for the class, we can advertise the class sponsored by " ", and you can provide a banner if you wish.
Let me know what you think as soon as possible, and I can set the ball rolling.
Regards Charlie.
I was only going to incorporate the Honda's to try and prove you right about the interest in twinshocks as "Classics" , and give the public a chance to see the difference between the sixties and eighties fourstroke bikes.

So Guy’s I have decided to see if there is any interest for this class from viewers on Trials Central.
The only way I will now try to put this class on is to have at least seven positive replies to enter this class on this forum, and you must be quick, so if you have a Honda Twin shock trials bike and want a ride, at the Classic Trials Show. You have until Monday. to contact me.
If you know anyone with a TLR etc please let then know that I am trying to put this class on, I need to inform the shows management by Monday Lunch time.
Regards Charlie.

Great idea Charlie

I think short notice may be your problem,
otherwise I am sure you would fill the places easily,
next year ,it might be worth considering fourstroke twinshock,it would be nice to see some CCM`s

Hi Guy's

Thanks Mike for your help. see you at the Classic Trials Show.
We need a few more "Honda Trials riders" and the class goes ahead, don't forget the deadline is Monday lunchtime, So come on guy's help me find a few more, Honda's, tel your mates, or beg a ride on there bike. It would be a shame to miss out on this class now, for a couple of entries, and also miss a brilliant trials weekend.

Regards Charlie.

Hi Guy's
It looks like the class will go ahead, but we could do with a few more riders, if they can find the time to ride on one, or both days.
We are currently trying to find a sponsor to put some money up for this class which would be a bonus, wouldn't it.
I would just like to say that all the Honda boys we have contacted have been most helpful, has have the Honda Trials specific web sites.
A credit to the sport. Thanks guy's. I will keep you updated.

Regards Charlie.
