Does anyone know if there is a replacement gear lever available that will fit fully onto the splines even when a flywheel weight is fitted. I have a 300 Racing and so far I have had to grind away some of the replacement lever to get it to fit something like, though even now, it is not fully on the splines and is very close to the chain and flywheel cover.

I did the same as you, Filed it and fitted it as close as poss,
At the time my enquiries came up with nothing, there is only one lever for the Pro model.
As long as you have got the lever tight on the spline it will be fine.

What you need is the thinner plastic spacer from GasGasUK I think its an S3 one? I had the same problem on my 06 250, when I got my 09 I bought the new spacer and it came much thinner and now the standard lever fots on almost all of the way :D
