Hi , I am new on the site so hello to everyone :icon_salut: I have just bought this bike see pic below it was advertised as a 96 gas gas but I found out it is really a 93 contact-t it is my winter project I am wanting to restore it to it former glory so I need a headlight and the plastics for it if any one has any info on the bike i would appreciate it. :rolleyes: Also the bottom end is rattling can anyone recommend where I can get parts for the engine ???

No, but I only paid £250 for the bike.

I have a photocopied parts manual and a poor quality photocopied user manual somewhere in the shed. I am travelling until mid week, but will look em out when I get back.

I also have a dead JT25 in the shed. Cylinder and piston seized. I have one guy interested in taking it off my hands, but if that doesn't materialise will let you know.

Postage on larger items might be a problem - I live in the channel islands.

And Gas Gas UK are definitely worth givin a ring for parts. Really knowledgable and unbeleivably helpful.

Lastly, how did you identify your bike as a 93. It looks slightly different in certain areas to mine. May be worth getting frame and engine numbers and giving Gas Gas UK a ring.
