Was the fuel tank painted? if so was it coated inside to stop the fuel vapours bubbling the paint off?

I have painted an SWM plastic tank and the fuel vapours dont bubble the paint off, not sure on Jumbo tank but would think its made of the same plastic by Acerbis?
