Press release received with these pics. Release is in Spanish only though so no further info at this point.

Looks REALLY nice. Anxious to hear more about it. It could certainly live in my garage.

The press release indicates that it will be on display at the EICMA in Milan, in November, along with their new Enduro model. European shipment of the Explorer begins in May, with worldwide shipments to follow after. Specs show 163 pounds (74kg).

Very innovative! Has no throttle as it is fly by wire via bluetooth voice command in your headset.

Must require  proper voice training of various curse words to get on and stop the fecking thing!

More info in English:

In response to the wishes of motorcycling enthusiasts, Ossa launches an extraordinary model: the new Ossa Explorer 2012. Inheriting the spirit of the legendary Explorer presented in Paris in 1972, the new bike from Ossa maintains its philosophy: A comfortable and very light bike, easy to ride and designed to enjoy both the mountain and the city.

The designers from Ossa approve the new model, which will be in production in Girona as from February. This model will take advantage of the innovative features of the TR280i, such as the two-stroke injection engine and the chassis. A style of bike that is not found in the market; a combination of a Trials and an Enduro bike. It has a bigger seat and offers fun, safety and comfort, together with amazing handling sensations and inexpensive maintenance. With its ISS Injection Start System, it uses a lithium battery to allow for a precise and easy kick start.

For sale in Spring

The motorbike is scheduled to be distributed in Europe as from March, and in a second phase, Worldwide.

Entirely made in the Ossa Factory in Girona, the new Explorer brings high technology to a new concept of bike

Hello guys!

Can we call this concept suitable for real trial?

Or necessary to have second bike for this?

What about replacement CPG, I mean spare parts.

It can be obtained only from OSSA importer shop?

What about interchangeability of parts from third-party dealers?
