I have just enquired about having a stiffer spring made for my rear shock.
I presume...because I can't find any info anywhere...that the spring on my 03 scorpa sy250 is suitable for about 10 - 11 stone-ish.
I am a rather god-like 15 stone and think I could benefit from a spring thats 30% stiffer.(ignore the math just a guess really as I can't imagine it as being 50% stiffer, I think that would be too stiff)
The price for 1 off new spring is £88.00 although I'm sure this would go down to about £60 ish for 4 or more.
If anyone is interested please let me know !
If anyone wants one I will send a copy of original receipt upon purchase.
I'm not here for profit...I wil just charge postage, whatever that may be.
Andy
PS. sorry if this is not allowed, I'm not really selling...just trying to save a few quid and poss help others in the process !

What size is the inside diameter, length and lb rating is the spring you are after?
I ask as you can get springs of all different flavours from motorsport suppliers. Give us the spec and I'll send you a link.

Also...the spring is progressive ? I think. The bottom 3 coils are closer together...although I'm not really sure why ?
