Pushrod - Our David and his mate Graham stripped it down yesterday to see what was inside. They got the motor unfreed!

I told them "...you took it apart, now put it back together!"

Cheers...

Full Possession - Don't know about that!

I would like that registration number though.

Been busy, out on the Blade yesterday and had the 340 Bultaco running as well (sounds alright).

I have just returned from the Moto-X at Ardersier, that pesky Honda is still in the front garden so I feel empowered to go and cut the grass!

Wee Jean did the hoovering so I don't have that chore to do!

Cheers...

John if it is a 50cc Pushrod engined C50 then it is a true classic - probably a C200 is the model designation if my memory serves me well. If the motor turns & there is spark & a clean carb it will run!

I take it its an automatic (centrifugal) clutch 3 speed model. First bike I ever owned was its larger cousin the CM90E - 3 speeds, real clutch & 90cc of brute power (it feels that way when you are 10 or 12 years old!)

This is much more of a classic bike than your Honda fireplace will ever become!

Does anybody wish to have this fine machine, before I pop it in the van and take it to some landfill site then?

My mistake John, my memory is failing me I miked up the C200 with the C100!
have a look at the following website to identify.

Classic Honda 50's Identification

C200
The bike I had was basically the top picture in the 2nd list!

ps And NO I DO NOT WANT TO RESTORE IT FOR YOU, give it to David as a mechanical project!

I wish TV had a knob so you could turn up the intelligence. The one marked Brightness doesn't work.
