can any one tell me some tips on getting the rear wheel high enough on a jap zap i am struggling because i don't way enough to compress the forks but i don't want to change them any tips on how to do them or how to get the wheel higher thanks frazer
(all ready watched ryan young got the video)

I'm no expert frazer but you could try a lighter oil in the forks. This should help with easier compression.

I personally believe it is all in the legs, and you want to compress both the forks and the rear shock at the same time.

Push down with your legs, over exaggerate the first few times to get the feel for it. and possibly more throttle, to get that "explode" out of the bounce.
