True shock absorbers setup

Hi you all,

Got my first trials motorbike brand new GasGas TXT 250 Pro after 25 years of riding YZ 125, WR 400, and 2 of CRF 450 R s....
I was never sure of my proper shock settings.
But they will be very important from now on :) ... I weight 68 kilos.. What should I do ??? How do I start... any kind of info will be appreciated...

Leave it as it comes from the factory as it will work very well with those settings and will be perfect for you.
