not many replies here are there?
Gearbox = Castrol ATF Dex3 (i get mine from from Halfords.)
Pre-mix = PJ1 silverline mixed at 2% (local trials dealer)
I know that the oil mix is a bit rich, but, i run a 5 grade plug, dont suffer oiling, and in the last 5 bikes have not had any issues like mains failing, or bore wear.
This is however quite an emotive subject and i full expect other people to suggest other oils. Quite honestly if you use a good quality branded oil you wont go far wrong.

G Box = any light gear oil or ATF.
Pre mix = Castrol A747 at 16ml to one litre of petrol.

i really think ipone synthetic is best.
