A good morning watching others. Friendly people and intersting advice and help. But a bit scary, maybe due to advancing years but I saw so many potentials to fall off and down rocky hillsides. I don't bounce too well and I don't want to start breaking bones. Ladies and Gents, enjoy your sport.

It's always intimidating when starting out. It's best to get some time on a bike doing very easy stuff. If it looks too hard, skip the section! Or put your foot down

Its only as dangerous as you let it be. And some clubs have benginner champs and club champ series.

Ask around at nearby trials and local trials shop and see if you can find some riders to practice with.
