Depending on how deep the scratches are you can start with some very fine wet and dry (wet), then try some fine paste chrome polish,finish off with some normal car polish. Well that method always work for me, dont blame me if it goes wrong.:)

Yep that looks like pretty much the same stuff - I'd hate to do an ATV but you can get a great result on a mud guard quite quickly. It's just a case of waiting for each coat to dry. The result is quite long lasting and easy to freshen up and there is plenty of the liquid left to do it all several times over.
