Hi again.. I'm just about to tear into the top end to replace the valve stem seals. As suggested in my other thread.
Whilst I'm in there It would be sensible to check all possible.
Engine runs lovely just smokes white/ bluish until warm.
I have noticed that after just starting from cold the engine is really quiet and develops a ticking/knocking noise as it gets warmer I assume because the engine oil gets thinner so can't suppress the noise.
Any suggestions what it could be or is this normal?

best to change the camchain when you take the top of the engine just to be sure
