Sounds like you may need to remove the arm unless anyone else has a method.

Use a sharp drill bit to then place a small hole in the remains of the bolt and use an extractor.

This will all be easier done in a vice.

Good luck.

you will be best off removing swingarm and taking to a motor engineer that is used to this type of work as you can easily make a mess of this ,easy outs can work but at the same time they can widen the item been extracted tightening it , unless yo know someone that can mig a washer to it then a nut to washer but depends how deep it is ,just make sure the person doing it is competant

Obviously take the arm out to make it easy to get at the area - probably time to grease pivots etc anyway?. Easyouts can snap leaving you an even bigger problem. Try drilling a hole down the middle then hammer in a Torx bit and use that to turn the bolt. At least if it doesn't work you can remove it and drill a bigger hole or whatever method you then choose.
