rlk_76 Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 So the exhaust end cap on my 280 pro was wobbling around when I bought the bike. Took out the rivets and this is what I found. thats_a_five Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 Any good aluminum welder should be able to fix that quite easily. Either cut and weld small pieces of material, or simply puddle in some filler material. Then assemble, drill matching holes through the mating part and pop rivet it on. dadof2 Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 If you find a welder get them to welds some bits of 1/4 inch plate in then drill and tap them M5.
