Trialscast out of the UK has a thick one that is really beefy. The inner tube piece was so caked with carbon and such. Took me a while to clean the little holes out. Looks good now though. Here's a trick for next time. Remove the inner pipe, hold it with vice grips and burn the carbon off with a propane torch. Finish with a quick wire brushing.
