Anyone Had This Exhaust Problem?

I think my last end cap was around 45 bucks but its been a while. If you flip the bike it will cave the end in. Trialscast out of the UK has a thick one that is really beefy. Can't seem to find them on fleebay or the nets.. wonder if they got pinched by some sort of patent thing.

All welded, repacked and riveted back in. Thanks for the help guys.

The inner tube piece was so caked with carbon and such. Took me a while to clean the little holes out. Looks good now though.

Here's a trick for next time. Remove the inner pipe, hold it with vice grips and burn the carbon off with a propane torch. Finish with a quick wire brushing.
