Is it true that the FIM have indefinitely suspended the compulsory introduction of 4 strokes bikes?

After watching the fourstrokes at our wtc round i would think the other factories would want to change over
fugi`s monty shot up anything in front of it

ive heard that fim have suspended the four stroke rule untill 2008
