Can you post a picture if where it's damaged?

And when new I'm sure they all had a front disc and rear drum.

You'll see there are 2 lugs on the left hand fork leg for the calliper - you have a brake stay into one of them !!

It was made with a front drum some other member showed me pictures,it's on my past posts,the pic that was shown was a 301 1985 proto it's identical , what I did was take the wheel off and doing so hit the axle pin out with out undo the the clamp bolts snapped it right off wot a tit ,I need another set of forks to fit they were both shot any way, do all drum front forks fit from all fantics.

Jonny - my thoughts were the same as steve - unless you've got an early "works" bike !!!!

All the stock 201/241 & 301's had a front disc .

I think all of the fork legs are the same - so either a twin shock or mono shock would fit.

The only reason I offered to swap was that I have a twinshock with a disc wheel put in it and I'll need to put it back to a drum for competition.

You could get the leg alloy welded - I've seen some positive posts on the site about it.
