Hello, just bought a few months ago a GG280 2005 from an hunter which he was using to ride around the forest. The number of hours it has on it it's sadly unknown and after changing piston, clutch, rebuilding the suspensions and the linkage and countless money I blew it has a strong Vibration when I cleanout the engine. This happens when the revs go up and at a certain rotation it starts vibrating like mad. All screws are nice and tightened and I'm thinking about crankshaft bearings or even unbalanced crankshaft. Any thoughts? Cheers

Another common issue on the pro is the kick start pawl. It chips easily and gets carried by the idler gear to the large primary gear. (The teeth on the clutch)It does not take much metal to cause a vibration or knock. It can be very hard to find. (magnify glass needed) It gets smashed between the teeth to the point that it looks normal to the naked eye. Good luck.

But that should probably also be hearable when not reving it (high).

Not a carb problem on high revs?

Well it doesn't make any rumbling noise or anything, carburetion wise it is spot on ab tad reach on the low side but than it is perfect. Maybe the crankshaft shoulders are misaligned?
