You will struggle for accomodation this late, your best bet is http://www.kepplewray.org.uk/
Stayed there last year & it's OK. 5 minutes walk from the start & town centre.

The trial starts at Broughton in Furness, you will need to be turning off the M6 at junction 36, and follow the A590 towards Barrow in Furness. You will see signs for Broughton in Furness when approaching Greenodd, turn right off the A590 and follow this road all the way to Broughton. Hope this helps :)

Not sure if that was tongue in cheek or not, so I'll heed the warning of your avatar and go the long way :)

Mick Wren would be your best option. you can find his address and phone number in ACU handbook.usually at start handing out punch cards as well as abuse. :)

After getting stuck behind a sunday driver the slightly long way I can assure you that 30 secs can mean alot more when you have a 6 hour drive home! kepple way is at the top of the hill aswell so its easier to find going up that way.

Well it's all come round pretty quickly. Think we're staying at Its a kinda magic's place. Anyone know the best place to eat, and drink (energy drinks obviously).
Hopefully the Sat Nav will get me there at dark oclock tomorrow - planning went terribly wrong - entered the trial then found out that my first wife is working both days - now need to finish work and drive to Scotland to drop kids with inlaws, back down to lakes, ride the two days (with energy drinks in between), then back up to Scotland to pick up kids and back home - NICE.

Errrr... I've got a postcode <_<
Looks like I might be sleeping in the car.
Hopefully, if there is phone reception round there, I just need to find what pub the rest of our lot are in.
Otherwise I'll just wander round listening out for the most noise and that will be Spence :D or for someone crying about their poorly leg, that'll be gasserboy, or I could just put my nose to the ground and find Compo Wells :crying:
There, I've upset them all, they'll be sh*tting in my bed as we speak. :crying:
