carthy111 Posted February 9, 2016 Report Share Posted February 9, 2016 Hey guys, My beta 2008 beta Rev 3 270cc has started making quite a loud knocking noise from the engine it's sounds like it's coming from the top end. Also when I've removed to spark plug it has a black, wet (sort of oily) residue on the plug I don't know if this has anything to do with the noise but I know the spark plug shouldn't look like that.
