Swing arm bushes

3 posts in this topic

Iv got a really tidy (looks unfitted) swing arm for my 305. When fitting tonight I have a problem - the buses are looser on the new  swing arm.....

Is there a removable press fitted part in there ? Or is it just a different size swing arm hole?

Cheers! Tom.

The Bush should be tight to the swingarm and rotate on the shaft , you've got some knackerd bushings .... Measure id , od. etc and get some needle brgs to replace the bush , Maybe ?

Sorted. There was a seaky sleeve in the old swing arm it took a long reach socket and a vice to drive it out. Now pushed into the new swing arm and all snug again.
